Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 pound ground pork

  • Teaspoon of garlic powder

  • Teaspoon of onion powder

  • Teaspoon of paprika

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation


  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and pork.

  2. Add in, onion granules, garlic granules, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into patties.

  4. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

  5. Place the patties on the grill or skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
