About the Recipe
Crispy duck wraps are a popular dish that typically consist of sliced crispy duck, wrapped in a soft flour tortilla along with a variety of fresh vegetables and hoisin sauce. The duck is seasoned with Chinese five-spice powder and seared in a pan until the skin is crispy and golden brown. It is then sliced thinly and served in a warm tortilla, along with a combination of shredded carrots, cucumber, and sliced scallions. The dish is finished with a drizzle of sweet and savory hoisin sauce, which adds a delicious flavor to the dish. Crispy duck wraps are a perfect combination of textures and flavors, and they make a great appetizer or main course.
